Similar to grapes there are significant differences in color, flavour, sugar content and quantity of juice you obtain when pressing different varieties of blueberries. The blueberry musts are quite easy to prepare as they typically have sufficient nutrient for yeasts and require only sugar and a little acid to be added.
Cranberry juice is very acidic and requires a significant acid reduction and addition of nutrient before yeasts will flourish in the must. I prefer to use lots of fruit as we have more than enough available from our farm.
