Keep slaying harpies and selling their feathers kill them, meditate, kill them again. If you haven't already completed the gargoyle contracts, I believe you can farm them and sell their components. Sooo basically I'm fucked haha. I've been grinding like crazy and I don't even have close to the amount I need.
I bought the diagram for Weeper, crafted it, and equipped it, and quickly learned that you can't just equip one piece at a time: And I have about orens, which won't even cover the cost of the chest piece. Dang, they don't make it easy! I suppose that's a good thing haha, it is Dark mode. It might be too late in your playthrough, but my modus operandi for Dark Mode is loot absolutely everything and store it in my stash.
Keep the stuff that you'll need for crafting and sell everything else - weapons, junk, anything and everything.
If you're past that point, I'd go with farming harpies - set aside an hour to kill them, meditate, kill them again and so on.

There's a couple of places they spawn but the closest is between the Nilfgaardian camp and the dice poker players. Yeah I tried that spot and getting them to respawn takes quite a lot of work for only four harpies.
I'm going to try gargoyles next but honestly I don't know if it's worth it, it's going to take soooo much grinding to get that Dark armor. I guess I'll do it properly on my Roche playthrough. But I don't know how I'm going to get past this dragon fight.
